Citizens of Blue Ash Academy is back in 2023 – Get a behind the scenes look at your city!

Note from Brian: I had the privilege to participate in the Citizens of Blue Ash Academy program when it was last held in 2020. It is very well run and I found it quite informative. Council Sets Public Hearing for The Blue

The Blue development project at the corner of Cooper and Kenwood Roads is progressing. At their meeting last week, the Planning Commission approved the initial concept of a Planned Unit Development for the site. The City Council has scheduled a public hearing for 7:05 PM on Thursday, August 14th. Developers of Kenwood and Cooper Project Holding Open House

The developers of the Kenwood/Cooper Corner, now dubbed “the BLUE”, are hosting an open house on Monday, March 7, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 4343 Cooper Road. Interested citizens are invited to attend to learn more about the project and offer feedback. Representatives from Circle Development will be on hand with renderings and details of the proposed mixed-use project and will answer questions. More: www.blueash.com/news

Low Speed Vehicle Legislation Has First Reading

At the January 13 Blue Ash City Council Meeting, the Council heard the first reading of an ordinance that would allow Low Speed Vehicles on City streets. Council members supporting the move, chose to advance a version that would allow these vehicles on any roads permitted by state law. A more restrictive version that confined the vehicles to roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less was dropped. Final action could be taken at the February 10 City Council meeting.
