The Guttman Development Group has asked the Blue Ash Planning Commission to consider a Concept Development Plan for 5901 Pfeiffer Road, currently the site of the Quality Inn Hotel. Their plan is for 300 “Class A”, “market-rate” apartments, associated amenities, and a 517 space parking garage. The Planning Commission is scheduled to consider the plan at their meeting Thursday, May 1 at 6:30 PM in City Council Chambers at the Municipal & Safety Center 4343 Cooper Road.
