The final development plan for the BLUE, proposed for the corner of Cooper and Kenwood Roads in Blue Ash will be considered by the Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Thursday, January 5 at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers.

The proposal looks almost identical to the concept plan that was approved by Council and the Planning Commission in 2022. From here the Planning Commission is empowered to reject the plan, request changes, give final approval for the plan, or send the plan to Council recommending approval. The past practice of the Commission is to refrain from giving final approval for projects that they favor but rather send those projects to Council.
