Blue Ash City Council met in August for a work session to hear more information about Circle Development’s proposal for the property on the northeast corner of Kenwood and Cooper Roads. TLDR: After a market analysis, the developer took out plans for a hotel and replaced it with additional space for entertainment, retail, and small offices. The City’s planning consultant testified that the proposal was obviously designed to meet the City’s Downtown Strategy Plan that Council approved last year.
The City did a great job getting the word out about this meeting including it in their News and Information email the next week. You can read their coverage and watch a video of the work session with all of the details. Don’t get the News and Information email from Blue Ash? Sign up here.
